Ingredients

• 3 chunk(s) watermelon
• 6 leaf(ves) mint
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL TruFlavour Hibiscus by Monin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL light rum
• Top with
• 3 oz. 90 mL club soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Watermelon

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle. Fill serving glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin, cap, shake, and pour back into serving glass. Top with ice, garnish, and serve.
