Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL light rum
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL orange curacao
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin hawaiian island syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh scratch sour
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL dark rum
• ice cubes

Glass: Any/Multiple

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Flowers/herbs

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into serving glass filled with ice. Gently pour floater on top. Garnish.
