
hawaiian island mai tai
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz. light rum
- 1/2 oz. orange curacao
- 1 oz. Monin hawaiian island syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. fresh scratch sour
- 1/2 oz. dark rum
- ice cubes
Glass: Any/Multiple
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Flowers/herbs
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with ice.
- Gently pour floater on top.
- Garnish.
