• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Desert Pear syrup
• 2 oz. 60 mL cranberry juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• oz. mL Top with
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Garnish: Cotton candy, Prickly pear

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
