Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium dry gin
• 1/10 oz. 3 mL pineapple concentrated flavour
• 1/10 oz. 3 mL Oak Barrel Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL lime juice

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Grilled pineapple

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
