Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL spiced dark rum
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Caramel syrup
• 4 oz. 120 mL ginger beer

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Mint leaves

Instructions

1. Fill serving glass with ice.
2. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
3. Roll to mix from serving glass to other glass and back.
4. Garnish.
