Ingredients
- 30 ml Monin Golden Turmeric Syrup
- 90 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml Amontillado sherry
- 45 ml aged rum
- 60 ml coconut milk
Glass: Wine Glass
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Nutmeg, Pineapple
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in mixing tin.
- Spindle mix for a two-count.
- Pour into serving glass filled with ice and garnish.
