Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Golden Turmeric Syrup
• 3 oz. 90 mL pineapple juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL Amontillado sherry
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL aged rum
• 2 oz. 60 mL coconut milk

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Nutmeg, Pineapple

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in mixing tin.
2. Spindle mix for a two-count.
3. Pour into serving glass filled with ice and garnish.
