• 1 pump(s) Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 5 oz. 150 mL fresh brewed tea

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Candied ginger, Dehydrated lemon

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed. Add ice cubes. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish.
