Ingredients
- 15 ml Ginger Purée
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 8 ml Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
- 2 dash(es) bitter
- top prosecco white wine
Glass: Any/Multiple
Glass Size: 6 oz.
Garnish: Lemon twist
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Garnish.
