Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL bourbon
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Chai Tea syrup
  • 1 pump(s) Ginger Concentrated Flavor
  • 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dash(es) orange bitter
  • 9 oz. 270 mL hot water

Glass: Mug

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Candied ginger, Sage, Rosemary

Instructions

Combine MONIN flavouring(s) and 15 ml sparkling beverage in serving glass. Stir gently to combine. Fill with remaining sparkling beverage. Garnish.
