Ingredients

• 1 strawberry(ies)
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
• 3 oz. 90 mL chamomile tea
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with
• 2 oz. 60 mL Infused Cold Foam

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Rose petals, Flavoured foam

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass full of ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
