Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pear syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Maple Spice syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL egg white
• 2 dash(es) bitter
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL cognac
• 2 oz. 60 mL champagne

Glass: Flute

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Star anise, Thyme, Powdered sugar, Pear slice (s)

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
