• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL vodka
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Blue Raspberry Syrup
• 3 oz. 90 mL lemonade
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Garnish: Powdered sugar, Raspberries, Blue spirulina powder, Rosemary

Instructions
