Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Caffe Espresso Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL PX Sherry
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Chocolate syrup
  • 3 dash(es) orange bitter

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: White chocolate heavy cream floater, Stamped white fondant

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed. Add ice cubes. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish.
