Ingredients
- 30 ml mezcal
- 15 ml Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup (Proprietary)
- 5 ea. mint leaves
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- Top with
- 60 ml Prosecco Rosè
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Pineapple leaves, Dragon fruit
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
