• 3 oz. 90 mL apple juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL gin
• 2 wedge(s) lime
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Elder Flower syrup
• ice cubes

Combine ingredients in mixing tin in order listed. Spindle mix until smooth. Pour into serving glass, garnish, and serve.
