Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL gin
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Elder Flower syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• Fill with champagne

Glass: Flute

Glass Size: 6 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Lemon twist

Instructions

1. Stir ingredients together except sparkling beverage.
2. Top with sparkling beverage.
3. Serve.
