• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Mojito Mint syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Desert Pear syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL citrus rum
• 3 leaf(ves) mint
• ice cubes
• club soda

Garnish: Mint sprig

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
