Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL vodka
• 2 pump(s) Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL ginger beer

Glass: Copper Mug

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cucumber slice(s), Mint sprig, Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
