Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Coconut syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
• 3 oz. 90 mL filtered water
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL half & half milk
• 2 oz. 60 mL pineapple rum

Glass: Collins

12 oz. 360 mL

Garnish: Whipped cream, Pineapple slice, Coconut, Palm frond

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
