Ingredients

• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL truflavour coconut by Monin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pineapple juice
• 4 oz. 120 mL fresh sour mix

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Salt rimmer, Coconut powder, Pineapple leaves, Lime wheel

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish.
