Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Coconut Fruit Purée
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL vanilla rum
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Banana liqueur
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL dark rum

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Coconut

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into serving glass filled with ice. Gently pour floater on top. Garnish.
