• 2 oz. 60 mL dry vermouth
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Glasco Lemon syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 pump(s) Monin Lime Concentrated Flavor
• 1 oz. 30 mL egg white

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed. Add ice cubes. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish.
