• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin swiss chocolate syrup
• 4 scoop(s) vanilla ice cream
• 2 oz. 60 mL milk
• drizzle sweetened condensed milk

Add ingredients into blender cup in order listed. Cap and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass, garnish, and serve.
