cherry cobbler
Ingredients
- 15 ml Monin blackberry fruit puree
- 15 ml Monin Le Fruit Black Cherry
- 30 ml premium bourbon
- 30 ml Amontillado sherry
- 1 lemon wedge (squeeze and discard)
- 3 dash(es) bitter
Glass: Julep Cup
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Cherry, Mint sprig, Blackberries, Powdered sugar, Orange slice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish.
