• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin blue cotton candy syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin exotic citrus syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. edible glitter
• Fill with Alcohol-Removed Sparkling wine
