• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Stone Fruit Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL fresh grapefruit juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL cranberry juice
• Top with
• Infused Cold Foam
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Coconut syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL milk

Garnish: Cherries

Instructions

In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour cold brew coffee. In a specific blender bowl for cold foam, pour milk and MONIN syrup. Mix with the appropriate program to get a nice cold foam. Pour in the glass to create a layer. Garnish and serve.
