Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL rye whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Apple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • top with brut champagne

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Apple fan, Lemon peel

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed. Add ice cubes. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish.
