Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL bourbon
• 1/5 oz. 6 mL Monin peach concentrated flavour
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL lemon juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Peach slice(s)

Instructions

Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Serve.
