Blue Cotton Candy Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup Monin Monin Blue Cotton Candy Syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and whisk together until the granulated sugar has dissolved.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate until fully chilled.
- Once chilled remove from the refrigerator and whisk once more to ensure ingredients are well combined.
- Pour into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once frozen place the mixture into a container, cover tightly, and place in the freezer until thoroughly frozen – at least 2 hours.
