Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Coconut Fruit Purée
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL blue curaçao
• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL light rum
• 2 oz. 60 mL ginger ale
• ice cubes

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Orange peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Serve.
