Blood Orange Chicken Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Monin Blood Orange Purée
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. siracha
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a saucepan except for the cornstarch. Separately combine the cornstarch with 2 Tbsp. water and mix into a paste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil then whisk in the cornstarch slurry. Allow mixture to thicken then remove from heat.
- Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
