Blood Orange Chicken Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Monin Blood Orange Purée
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. siracha
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

      1. Combine all ingredients into a saucepan except for the cornstarch. Separately combine the cornstarch with 2 Tbsp. water and mix into a paste.
      2. Bring the mixture to a boil then whisk in the cornstarch slurry. Allow mixture to thicken then remove from heat.
      3. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
