Ingredients

• 23 ml Monin Blue Curaçao syrup
• 8 ml Monin Apple syrup
• 15 ml pineapple juice
• 23 ml lime
• splash soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple frond, Apple slice, Pineapple

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish.
