Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin spiced brown sugar syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL ruby red grapefruit juice
• Top with
• 2 oz. 60 mL ginger beer

Garnish: Brown sugar, Dehydrated grapefruit , Black lava salt

Instructions

Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Serve.
