Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin granny smith apple fruit puree
• 1/10 oz. 3 mL Ginger Concentrated Flavor
• 8 leaf(ves) mint
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• ice cubes
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL light rum
• 4 oz. 120 mL sparkling water

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Apple slice

Instructions

Pour fruit(s)/spice(s)/herb(s)/veggie(s) into your shaker tin and muddle with MONIN flavoring(s). Add other ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice cubes. Pour mix into a glass and top with sparkling beverage. Serve.
