"Black currant is, in the perfume world, either a l9ve hate scent, and it's probably similar in the flavor world. I love black currant, and Monin did a fantastic job at creating this syrup. It's perfectly tangy, rich, sweet and very smooth. I got it to go into cocktails and mocktails but, I discovered that it might add a bit of sass to coffees ascwell."
